**Job Summary**
With a high degree of autonomy and strategic oversight, the Vice President of BPI leverages extensive experience to spearhead major process improvement initiatives across diverse functional areas, driving organizational efficiency and impactful business outcomes. This senior leadership role is pivotal in executing high-stakes projects, programs, and processes, ensuring successful implementation through cross-functional collaboration.
Extensive knowledge of financial services products and services. Ability to lead complex assignments involving senior members of home offices functions and top advisors and branch affiliates. The VP will be highly skilled at leading deep dive assessments of home office functions, products and services as well as rapid time & motion studies in high producing branch offices, leading to quick identification and prioritization of inefficiencies impacting branch affiliates in their day-to-day operations.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Leadership and Mentorship: Lead, coach, mentor, and train teams in advanced process improvement methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
+ Strategic Consultation: Partner with senior management and process owners, including branches, to identify and define high-impact process improvement opportunities.
+ Business Case Development: Craft and present compelling business cases to senior management, securing buy-in and sponsorship for strategic initiatives.
+ Policy Compliance: Ensure all process reviews incorporate relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
+ Process Optimization: Drive comprehensive process improvements by identifying inefficiencies, designing re-engineering solutions, and developing detailed business and technical requirements.
+ Prioritization: Effectively prioritize and oversee multiple projects and strategic initiatives in a rapidly evolving environment.
+ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers and IT teams to develop system requirements that streamline processes and ensure seamless project implementation.
+ Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain proactive communication with internal stakeholders to identify, research, and resolve issues, ensuring alignment and coordination across functional areas.
+ Executive Reporting: Prepare and deliver insightful presentations and reports to senior management, providing updates on project progress, completions, and ad-hoc analyses as needed.
+ Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Operates standard office equipment and uses required software applications.

**Education**
+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Engineering or related fields.
+ Manager Experience – 10 -15 years of progressive experience in business process improvement and financial services.
