As the VP of Business Development at Foundever®, you will play a pivotal role in prospecting and acquiring new Enterprise clients. This position offers a unique opportunity to leverage our expansive global presence across 45 countries to drive significant business growth.
You will develop and present business cases that showcase our outsourcing CCaaS capabilities in domestic, offshore, and nearshore contact center and customer experience delivery. Primary Job Responsibilities Develop client-specific and vertical strategies to win new logo business in the Enterprise space. Hunting and identifying new logo opportunities using social selling techniques, focusing on core BPO and CX engagements. Create and deliver business use cases to new logo customers. Own a proactive sales strategy that fully capitalizes on Foundever’s® diverse portfolio. Proactively seek and build executive-level relationships with key clients. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure proper deal governance and approvals. Consistently achieve revenue and quota targets in line with individual team and organizational objectives. Foster open communication and build trust with team members. Positively represent Foundever® to both employees and customers. Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of successful experience selling within a BPO, CCaaS, or SaaS BPO environment. Deep understanding of contact center operations and strategies for achieving key performance metrics in an Enterprise Sales role. Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 75%. Salary Range
The base pay range for this position in the United States is $170,000 - $190,000 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience.
