VP, Advertising & National Accounts (Remote)

The VP,  Advertising & National Accounts is responsible for generating revenue and customer experiences for the company’s managed properties through OOH media placements, brand activations, events, sponsorships and national account pop-up leasing initiatives. 

The person in this position with work closely with media companies, advertisement and marketing agencies, retail brands to secure new business and manage existing relationships, and other duties as assigned. 

Under the direction of the EVP/Director of Max (JLL specialty leasing), person in this position will achieve company revenue goals and and assisting with corporate Max efforts including, new business RFPs, budgeting/forecasting, financial analysis, Client meetings and presentations.
 

*This position can be Remote (work from home) and live anywhere in the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).

What You'll Be Doing
 

Revenue Generation / Business Development

Identify, assess, and secure retailers, brand activation opportunities, advertising partnerships, and sponsorships through proactive cold calling, canvassing, and attending targeted trade shows and conferencesCultivate new relationships and manage existing partnerships with media companies, third-party agencies, brand marketers, and retail partners.Take responsibility for maximizing revenue by prospecting for new national accounts and growing current short-term agreementsMonitor and evaluate the performance of national account goals for JLL-managed properties and portfolios. Develop personalized client solutions that align with their advertising objectives, communicate the benefits of media in commercial real estate locations, and regularly close large-scale single or multi-property advertising, events, sponsorship, or promotional programsOversee the entire deal process, from prospecting and negotiating to designing units, executing agreements, facilitating move-in and set-up, verifying performance, and managing sales reportingPossess a clear understanding of consumer needs, merchandising, and market trendsCollaborate closely with corporate leasing teams and local specialty leasing teams to foster and expand opportunities, ensuring revenue goals are achievedMaintain and update the prospect and pipeline report on a regular basis
 

Financial Performance

Attain yearly financial goalsProvide prompt and accurate financial informationAid in the development, evaluation, and precise submission of budgets, national account productivity, and forecastsAssess and oversee national accounts' accounts receivable to ensure compliance with the A/R Policies & ProceduresTrack proof of performance and/or sales performance of national accountsReview and validate timely commission billings to ensure accuracy
 

Management & Operations

Work closely with Property Management teams to successfully accomplish new business goals and ensure client satisfactionConduct effective internal communication of National Account activities, milestones, and resources, utilizing platforms such as SharePoint, OneDrive, digital resources, and business reviews
 

Client Relationships

Competently devise and execute tailored client service strategies for each assigned clientSuccessfully achieve revenue goals set by designated clientsCultivating strong connections to position Jones Lang LaSalle as the preferred partner
 

Additional Responsibilities / Special Projects

Execute all day-to-day aspects of national advertising / media and ancillary revenue initiativesLiaise with property managers to facilitate multi-center, new business opportunities, and coordination of specialty media and digital media campaignsSupports new business requests for National Accounts, including providing information for RFPs, client and annual meetings, ICSC events, etc.Performs additional duties and tasks as assigned
 

What We're Looking For

A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Real Estate preferredThe ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar roleCandidates with agency and commercial real estate experiences are highly preferredA Real Estate License must be obtained within 90-120 days of employmentStrong knowledge with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essentialAbility to travel up to 20-30%

Estimated total compensation range for this position is:

120,000.00 – 145,000.00 USD per year

The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable.  The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
