You'll have exposure to senior leadership, showcasing your ability to manage high-stakes operational improvement projects from inception to execution. Your strategic insights and collaborative spirit will be instrumental in optimizing end-to-end high-volume planning processes for Last Mile.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, passionate, highly analytical and detail-oriented, possess superior interpersonal and communication skills, and be comfortable working independently to drive growth and change in a fast-paced environment. An extreme bias for action is an absolute must, and candidates must demonstrate a superior track record of delivering results.
Key job responsibilities
- Drive integration of the end to end (E2E) supply chain change management processes to deliver for internal & external customers.
- Lead network-wide projects and high-volume event planning and post-mortem.
- Work across the NA organization in a cross-functional environment with the forecasting teams, Fulfillment Centers, Sort Centers, Delivery Stations and Technology teams
- Foster communication channels and collaboration with the different Supply Chain execution and Long-Term Planning teams
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying ways to streamline processes and reduce non-value added work
- Develop standard planning process mechanisms for all AMXL planning cycles to document assumptions and initiatives that need to be executed to meet the plan, and organize a tracking mechanisms to follow initiative statuses.
- Monitor quality of the network initiatives implementation, monitor progress of initiatives and make changes to the plan to reflect in the latest quarterly guidance
- Actively seek collaboration & standardization of cadences/processes across business lines geographies
- Own planning long & short term forecast for Delivery stations at cycle level.
