VoIP Telecom Support Engineer
We are working with the largest ortho-focused dental support organization that is headquartered in the Dallas, TX area. This company has the fastest growing network of award-winning orthodontists that they work with. They are looking to hire a Telecom Engineer to join their team on a contract basis. 

In this position you will be primarily be responsible for Tier 3 ticket resolution and support, in addition to having direct contact with dental offices programming phone features like call forwarding, call waiting, department routing, etc. The ideal candidate for this position comes from a telecom background and has stellar communication skills. Tier 2 or 3 ticket triage and support previously is ideal but also someone that has had a direct customer interaction.

This is a 6+ month contract position. There will be hybrid responsibilities onsite in their Dallas office 3 days per week. Monday and Thursday are mandatory in office days, plus one other day.

Skills & Experience 3+ years of Telecom experience High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelor’s degree in information technology preferred Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products required Intermediate understanding of Active Directory and networking required Intermediate to Advanced Experience with TalkDesk and G12 Basic knowledge of Application Programming Interface preferred Basic knowledge of Exchange or O365 preferred Excellent oral and written communication, especially a plus for client/customer facing support and interaction.
