VOC VTC Operator - Developmental (Government)

Job Description:

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is located at customer's site.

AT&T has an opening for a Tier 1 VTC Operator to provide 24x7 support to the Video Operations Center.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Serve as the interface with the customer for all aspects of video operations. Assist customers with the establishment of video teleconferences as well as perform first tier troubleshooting with VTC issues that may arise. Configure, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Tandberg/Cisco & Polycom systems for video teleconferencing & multi-point meetings in classified and unclassified environments.Manage and operate Cisco & Polycom MCUs, Cisco VCS Controllers, Expressways, and Gatekeepers.Interface with customers at all levels and respond to customer issues courteously and efficiently.

Required Qualifications:

Possess an understanding of VTC operations and demonstrate customer service skillsShift position requires some weekend work on a rotational basis. Swing shift: 1:30pm-10pm; M-FCandidate must have a total of 4 years of applicable experience. The experience can be a combination of degree and work history. This can be a High School degree and 4 years of work history OR an Associate’s and 2 years, a Bachelors’ and 1 years, a Masters and 0 years or a PhD and 0 years of work history.

Our VTC Operator's earn between $72,000 - $86,883. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
