Job Title: VMO2 Customer Sales Advisor
Salary: £24,045.55 per annum - plus commission (average agent earning £350 per month, top agent earning £600 per month)
Location: Hybrid working from our Dearne Valley site (3 days in office, 2 days from home)
Training: 5 weeks in office Monday to Friday
Hours: Full-Time - 40 hours per week. Working Monday to Friday – shift patterns between the hours of 9:30am to 7pm.
Contract: Permanent
Start date: 17th March 2025

As a Sales advisor, you will join Capita as part of our Virgin Media O2 client team supporting new and existing Virgin Media O2 customers. Virgin Media O2 is the UK’s largest and most reliable mobile network! Now is time to become part of our team and join us on our exciting journey!

As a sales advisor and you’ll promote and sell products and services with a focus on customer retention and satisfaction. The majority of your time will be spent supporting customers with all aspects of their mobile phones. It could be setting up new contracts, upgrading, working through solutions with customers to help retain their business.

We’ll provide you with all the training you need to feel confident in this role and will give you lots of ongoing support too. Positive, empathetic, and driven, you’ll proactively question your customers to ensure you are finding right upgrade products for them. This role will see you helping customers and getting rewarded with customer satisfaction and financial incentives

Making outbound calls to existing VMO2 customers who are 6 months or more into their contract and discussing upgradesDelivering a service which makes your customers feel valuedDiscussing the customers needs and offering tailored products and services foster loyaltyWorking to sales targets  Adhering to FCA regulations, data protection and confidentiality laws
