Responsible for fostering a fun environmentResponsible for being a gracious host to all guests and co-workersResponsible for promoting a positive influence in the community and participating in company-sponsored eventsEnsures functionality of the VLT maintenance system.Work on special projects as assigned.Assists in oversight of electronic gaming device activities for adherence to established procedures on assigned shift.Makes suggestions regarding types of materials, supplies, or tools to be used within established guidelines on assigned shift.Perform preventative maintenance: clean, inspect, adjust, and test various machine parts.Assist customers with questions and complaints regarding VLT machines.Provide answers with explanations and rectify problems as appropriate.Responsible for the monitoring of VLT machine activityMust be knowledgeable of all special events and promotions available to customersActively seeking out opportunities to service customersSafeguard company assetsComplies with state, company, and department policies and regulationsSome duties performed may be outside employees normal job dutiesBRING US YOUR BEST. Must be 21 years of age or older.
