Compensation and Benefits Package lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $107,500 – $141,100 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.

The Agile Visual Merchandising Manager is responsible for creating, leading, and executing product presentation strategies and direction that upholds our standards, builds the brand, converts our guest, and drives traffic to our pop-ups, outlets, studios, campus bookstores, and arenas. This role is a regional collaborator and partner in creating best in class retail experiences across multiple different store types.
a day in the life: what you’ll do
Develop Visual Merchandising standards, directives, and training for our agile store types. Partner with regional merchandising and strategic sales partners to set and deliver the end in mind product presentation strategy across multiple store types.Bring to life product and storytelling vision to regional SLT and functional leadership for alignment.Lead and drive regional best practices and standards to empower store teams with strategies, tools and guidance for consistency and impact.Collaborate with Director, Retail Brand Experience to establish execution strategies for seasonal product priorities and campaign moments.Partner with Global RBE team to ensure regional insights and needs are communicated to inform seasonal strategies.Support North America Agile Store Design team with visual merchandising requirements and support for high profile store openings. Assist in ensuring all visual merchandising related tasks are completed to standard before opening. Assist with special events when required. Support set up and take down.Seasonal product presentation strategies and directives to enable consistent execution across store fleetSeasonal mannequin styling direction based on key item focuses, inventory and trends.Communicating adjustments to visual merchandising strategies due to shipping delays, sell through or shift in strategies.Visual presentation standards and best practices.Building and training a strong visual merchandising team. Coach, guide and provide development opportunities.qualifications

This role is classified as Hybrid under our SSC Workplace Policy: In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
