Visual Merchandise Manager | Foschini | Western Cape
Key Responsibilities: Visual Strategy  Creative VM concept development  Store merchandising/ housing and layout aligned to merch strategy  Visual impact and the land of promotional and markdown activity in store  Communication of merchandise and display directives  Optimise Customer experience through visual strategy Analyse VM impact on turnover results and make strategic changes  Development and training plan and execution for VM Team  Store design and evolution  Prop and Hardware development  New and revamp store opening plan, F&F control, layouts and full support through opening  Budget management and control  Manage healthy, productive internal customer and stakeholder relationships 

 

Qualifications and Experience: Degree – Advantageous (Retail/ Fashion) Proven working experience as a VM Manager (5 years) Related fashion retail VM Experience a must (10 - 15 years)  Proven experience in managing budgets  Proven experience in creating VM strategy  Ability to inspire, motivate and coach field teams through strong leadership  Creative flair and interest in Fashion  InDesign or CAD experience Skilled at Digital systems usage Mockshop experience an advantage
