Key Responsibilities:
Store Openings & Project Execution
• Lead all VM activities for @home store openings, including ordering VM collateral, developing planograms, and ensuring timely execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align timelines and execution strategies.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality production and on-time delivery of VM elements.
• Oversee all project milestones, conduct post-installation audits, and maintain a detailed record of store layouts and VM collateral.
Support in Execution of Visual Merchandising Plans
• Assist the VM Manager in implementing visual merchandising strategies, ensuring displays and installations are executed according to the plan.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities related to visual merchandising, including organizing materials, products, and props for displays.
• Ensure all visual merchandising elements reflect the brand’s luxury positioning.
Design of VM Communications for Stores
• Develop clear, visually engaging communication materials to guide store teams on VM execution.
• Design store directives, seasonal guides, and visual merchandising manuals that align with @home’s brand identity.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure VM communications integrate seamlessly with broader campaign messaging.
• Utilize digital tools and platforms to create interactive and easy-to-follow VM guidelines.
Logistics and Resource Management
• Manage the logistics of visual merchandising projects, including ordering, receiving, and organizing supplies.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain an inventory of visual merchandising materials and props for future use.
Installation and Setup Assistance
• Assist in the physical setup and installation of window displays, in-store setups, and other visual merchandising elements.
• Work closely with VM Designers and Installers to ensure displays meet brand standards.
• Ensure all displays are regularly maintained and visually appealing.
Coordination and Communication
• Serve as a key point of contact between the VM Team and other departments (Operations, Marketing, Buying and Planning) to ensure smooth coordination.
• Communicate with store teams to ensure they understand VM plans and can execute them at the store level.
• Facilitate the flow of information within the VM Team regarding schedules, updates, and changes.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
• Collect data and feedback on the effectiveness of visual merchandising efforts, including sales data, customer feedback, and engagement metrics.
• Assist the VM Manager in preparing reports on VM performance and identifying areas for improvement.
Support in Event Coordination
• Assist in planning and executing in-store events, workshops, and promotions that involve VM elements.
• Coordinate setup and takedown of event-related displays to ensure alignment with the visual merchandising strategy.
Innovation and Trend Monitoring
• Stay informed about current trends in visual merchandising, design, and retail within the luxury sector.
• Assist in researching and proposing new ideas and concepts for future VM projects.
• Support the implementation of innovative technologies and techniques in VM, such as digital displays or interactive elements.
Training and Development
• Provide support in training store teams on VM standards and best practices.
Experience and Qualifications:
• 3-5 years experience in the VM space
• Marketing Diploma or Degree
