Our impressive sites include Lincoln Castle, The Lincoln Museum, Usher Art Gallery, Museum of Lincolnshire Life, Battle of Britain Memorial Flight visitor centre and Lincolnshire Archives.
Primarily based at Lincoln Castle, you will be working within our great team, you'll cover all aspects of the operation from retail, maintenance of the buildings and interpreting history.
These are truly unique places to work but this will be a demanding role and you will need to be confident and eager to make sure that every single person who visits the site has an unforgettable experience and will want to come back and visit us time and time again.
Visitor Experience Officers will be required to work Saturdays, Sundays along with Bank Holidays and occasional evenings. You will work a 6 week pattern with 2 days off per week.
About youWe love to hear the amazing reactions we get from visitors to our Heritage sites and we are looking for people who want to help us deliver a brilliant day out to our visitors.
You will need to have excellent customer service skills and a strong enthusiasm for Lincolnshire's rich heritage.
