Visiting Nurse Services (Hospice) Summer Intern

Responsibilities:
+ Assist hospice bereavement coordinator in planning and organizing summer camp activities.
+ Attend and support during the camp, managing logistics and on-site needs.
+ Collaborate for a smooth camp experience, ensuring participant well-being.
+ Maintain confidentiality and provide compassionate support throughout.
+ Applicants must be currently enrolled in a full-time accredited public or private College/University
+ Be in good academic standing
+ Work 37.5 hours per week and commit to a minimum of 375 hours for the duration of the internship
+ Must be committed to completing the duration of the internship from June 2025 - August 2025
+ Able to attend annual four-day children's bereavement camp (Camp Clover) that will take place during August from the 18th to the 21st.
+ US Citizen or Permanent Resident
+ Extremely organized
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
+ Understand basic clinical knowledge/nursing
+ Curious and willing to learn
+ Thrives in a fast-paced environment
