Job Description

The EVERSANA Virtual Territory Manager (VTM) will play a pivotal role in the successful introduction and market of our client's new product. You will be responsible for building virtual relationships with healthcare professionals, educating potential customers, and driving sales growth. This position requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills and knowledge of key office personnel.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Virtual Territory Manager to introduce and launch our client's new product into the market. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams.  These results are achieved by:

Market Introduction and Product Launch: Lead the virtual introduction and launch of the disposable pessary product into the market.Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong virtual relationships with healthcare providers and clinics. Regular virtual contact with new and prospective customers.Sales and Business Development: Identify potential customers, generate leads, and convert them into sales. Achieve and exceed sales targets.Education and Training: Provide comprehensive virtual product training and education to healthcare professionals and potential customers. Inclusive of coordinating sample distribution to ensure clinical staff has materials they need to educate and train patients.Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop virtual promotional materials and strategies to support product launch and ongoing sales. Represent our client at appropriate professional industry meetings and seminarsReporting: Maintain accurate sales records in our CRM, prepare regular reports on sales activities, and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field OR equivalent experienceExperience: 1-2 years of previous virtual sales experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, medical diagnostics required. Women’s Health/gynecology experience preferred.Knowledge: Familiarity with women's health issues, specifically urology and pelvic health, is preferred.Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attributes: Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $85,000 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S.  The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position.  Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living).  EVERSANA reserves the right to modify this base salary range at any time.
