Job Description

The Remote – based Virtual Sales Representative (VSR) - Rare Disease will serve as a vital role to the EVERSANA client partnership by meeting and exceeding assigned territory sales goal. Our VSR will establish working relationships with assigned Health Care Providers and Support Staff. This person will communicate information on our client’s dermatology/biologic product, as well as educate Customers on relevant patient assistance programs and overall assistance with the reimbursement process.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Complete assigned product training at an advanced level, developing a comprehensive understanding of general disease state, assigned product features and benefits, and core selling messagesDevelop expertise in delivery of core selling messaging for assigned promoted productsMeet or exceed call expectations and sales attainment goals set forth by the ClientEnsure that sample and literature requests are generated accurately and perform appropriate follow up and investigation on product shipments as neededMaintain database entries on targeted customer calls including attempts, product discussions, literature requests, and sample requestsProvide feedback and recommendations to team leadership on areas and opportunities for improvementComply with all company, PDMA, compliance and regulatory policies and guidelinesWork independently from "remote" home officeCultivate assigned virtual territory & be accountable for measurable resultsCompensated based on a mix of overall volume/metrics and outcomesOccasional travel requiredAll other duties as assigned

Qualifications

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university OR equivalent experience2 + years of sales experience in an outbound Virtual/Tele-salesExperience in rare disease a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office software especially Word, Excel and Outlook required with the and ability to learn new software as neededExcellent communication & rapport building skillsMust be able to articulate WHY you are interested in this specific role – what appeals to you?Ability to articulate complex clinical dataSolid and persuasive communication skillsAbility to learn complex medical topics, industry compliance guidelines, patient assistance programs, pharmacy and insurance landscapesAptitude and confidence to converse with physicians, as well as all levels of medical office staffStable internet connection adequate to support voice over VoIP calls and virtual call platformsFamiliarity with Sales Force Automation (SFA) application is preferred

EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S.  The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position.  Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living).  EVERSANA reserves the right to modify this base salary range at any time.
