Job summary:
We have an exciting opportunity available for experienced Personal Assistants to join our SATIC team. By joining this team, you will be an integral part of the SATIC success by providing executive support to our leadership team, working with PwC stakeholders across South Africa and the UK. You will have an opportunity to build your personal and technical skills and enhance your career at The South African Technology and Innovation Centre (SATIC).
Key responsibilities:
Primary duties (non-negotiable):
Diary management and meeting support to Partners and Directors in remote offices, providing transactional support to arrange client and internal meetings while managing existing calendar commitments.
Managing all travel requirements for Partners and Directors. You will be required to conduct research and book the travel requests both within the UK and internationally while also preparing their itineraries for complex travel.
Manage and administer all expenses by preparing expense claims on Partners and Directors behalf while also supporting the processing of invoices.
Preparation and formatting of documentation, presentations and executive packs while complying with brand and risk procedures.
Maintaining the firm’s Client Management system (Salesforce) with updated client information, as and when needed.
Coordinating events by supporting all stakeholders on the logistics on both internal and external events.
Supporting the wider team during planned and unplanned absences to ensure a seamless support structure for all stakeholders.
Ad hoc administrative duties as required.
Skills and competencies:
Core skills required:
(non-negotiable, essential skills required for the role, both technical and soft skills)
Very strong command of the English language – you will be required to communicate with professional stakeholders across the globe
Experience in preparing executive packs
Experience working across geographical areas and effectively managing diaries remotely
Requirements:
Grade 12 certificate
Secretarial certificate or an administrative diploma will be highly advantageous
Working conditions:
Work environment, hybrid model, etc.
Hybrid, two days in office, after training has been completed.
You will be required to be in office every day for the duration of the training period.
