Job Description

The VIP Lounge Ambassador is responsible for overseeing the overall ambiance of the VIP Lounge area.

Job Responsibilities:

Providing an abbreviated food and beverage service to the guests in the VIP LoungeMaintaining inventory and preparing food and beverage presentationOrdering and retrieving inventory items from locations within the propertySetting up serving stations to ensure ease for guestsServing guestsEnsuring the Lounge is tidy and inviting at all timesAssisting the VIP Desk with welcoming and screening guestsEngaging professionally in conversation with guests

QualificationsMinimum of one year of experience in food and beverage serviceGeneral knowledge of wine and liquor serviceExcellent organizational skillsFluent verbal and written English language skillsPolished appearance and professional mannerAbility to fluently speak Mandarin, Spanish or additional language is preferred21 years of age or olderMust be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times
