As a HR Methods Coordinator, you will have a cross-functional role within the HR team and be in direct contacts with a wide range of people involved in HR processes (Talent Developers, HR Partners, Managers and employees of all HR entities, Managers of all entities of affiliate, HR team at Head Office and in other affiliates).
Your mains missions will be as follows :Ensure the application of the HSAQ, Ethics and Compliance guidelines, in particular with regard to the protection and confidentiality of employee information and data; Ensure the reliability and quality of HR data (analysis, data cleaning); Coordinate HR campaigns (Annual Performance Review, Bonus and promotion campaign, Annual Compensation Campaign, Manager Review, Headcount Forecast, ...): preparation and monitoring of detailed schedules, preparation of the data to be sent to the Managers; organisation of webinars/information meetings; technical support during the various phases of the campaigns; consolidation and presentation of results, analysis and justification of any discrepancies; Participate in the coordination of activities linked to reporting: collect, analyse and consolidate data related to headcount/workforce;Ensure the creation, maintenance and publication of monthly tables (KPIs, headcount lists); Be an active support in the analysis and continuous improvement of existing HR processes; Help developping digital tools capable of improving the overall performance of the HR team.
Candidate Profile Expected qualifications:Master's degree in HR, Data Analysis
Technical skills:Reporting/Methods, experience 3 to 5 yearsKnowledge of HR campaigns Knowledge of the E&P organization and how it works (HQ - subsidiary relationships, role of professions, etc.)
Computing skills:Knowledge of Office Tools : Excel (level advanced), Power BIKnowledge of HR Information Systems (HRIS)
