Experience Less than 3 years Context & Environment
- Help to prepare and perform audit missions in affiliates as defined in the audit plan. Audit missions cover various processes such as Finance, Sales, Purchasing, HR, Operations, etc... ;
- Measure compliance of affiliates with Standard Operating Processes ;
- Follow-up on action plans determined during audits ;
- Provide assistance to affiliates in solving issues and implementing actions ;
- Participate in other compliance related tasks ;
- Maintain delegations of authorities for MS/APMO ;
- Contribute to the roll-out of Total Group Compliance program in affiliates ;
- Ensuring of group internal control policies and procedures are applied by APMO affiliates ;
- Update Standard Operating Processes (SOP) in line with SAP evolutions ;
- Managing and maintenance of the internal Anti-Fraud and Corruption tool (FACT).

Activities Join our affiliate TotalEnergies Marketing Asia Pacific in Singapore !In relation with affiliates operating in 25 Asia-Pacific Middle East countries, you will work within MS/APMO Compliance department (7 people) in relationship with affiliate internal controllers and finance managers, as well as business and support functions in the MS/APMO headquarter in Singapor
As a Compliance Analyst, your main tasks will be as follows :
- Help to prepare and perform audit missions in affiliates as defined in the audit plan. Audit missions cover various processes such as Finance, Sales, Purchasing, HR, Operations, etc... ;
