As a Videographer Specialist II here at Honeywell Aerospace Technologies , you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality video content to support our marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing videos that effectively convey our brand message and engage our target audience. With your creative vision , technical skills and storytelling expertise , you will contribute to the development of compelling video content that showcases our products, solutions, and company culture.
You will report directly to our Sr. Digital & Creative Marketing Manager, and you'll work out of our Aerospace Technologies headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona on a hybrid work schedule.
In this rol e, you will impact our marketing efforts by creating visually appealing and engaging video content that effectively communicates our brand message and drives customer engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Collaborate with customer, product, and digital marketing teams to understand broader campaign requirements and develop compelling storytelling narratives
+ Create content for various marketing initiatives, including demand-gen campaigns, product marketing collateral, tradeshows, social media, and more
+ Manage video, motion graphic, and animation projects from start to finish, including pre-production, production, and post-production phases
+ Co-manage studio and videography assets, including cameras, lighting, microphones, and other equipment
+ Maintain high production standards and attention to detail during on-location and studio-based shoots, including camera setup, lighting, sound recording, and directing talent
+ Execute detail-oriented post-production work such as color correction, audio mastering, and other editing tasks
+ Utilize industry-standard editing software to assemble raw footage, stock footage, and 3D assets into polished, professional-quality videos
+ Fulfill campaign and creative briefing requirements across all projects while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines
+ Coordinate with external vendors to execute overflow video projects, ensuring successful execution and adherence to brand standards
+ Demonstrate deadline-driven mindset and ability to work both independently and collaboratively to drive projects to successful completion
+ Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in video production

YOU MUST HAVE
+ Bachelor's degree in film production, Multimedia, or a related field
+ Minimum 3 years of experience in videography and video editing
+ Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
+ Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in video production and storytelling
+ Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
WE VALUE
+ Experience in corporate or commercial video production
+ Knowledge of motion graphics and 2D/3D animation
+ Proficiency with audio recording and editing
+ Familiarity with the operation and maintenance of studio equipment, cameras, lights, etc.
+ Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
