Your role and responsibilities

We are seeking a creative and highly organized Video Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle the entire video production process, from concept to final edit. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical skills, project, and stakeholder management abilities. The preferred location is Switzerland but we are also open to other locations in European time zonesWorking model: hybrid #LI-hybrid.Responsibilities include:• Develop video concepts and plan production timelines. • Write and/or collaborate on scripts and storyboards. • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to tell ABB’s story effectively • Manage the logistics and participants involved in video production. • Direct on-screen experts and run interviews. Support the production of live and pre-recorded video presentations in a studio environment.• Ensure project stays on schedule and within budget. • Implement digital editing, special effects, graphics, and audio mixing. • Utilize AI to enhance video quality and streamline editing processes. • Review and approve the final versions of the videos. • Adapt the videos for various digital platforms.

Qualifications for the role

Approx. 8-10 years of experience in audiovisual production, with a strong portfolio of past projects. Proven ability to develop strong visual stories and summarize information in an engaging way. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects. Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and audiovisual production techniques. Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent project management skills. Growth and creative mindset with a keen eye for detail. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills. Proven team player. Experience with AI video tools (e.g., Adobe Sensei, DeepBrain, RunwayML) is beneficial. Availability to travel is appreciated.Proficiency in English.
