We have a fantastic opportunity for a Video & Communications Executive to join us on a part-time basis.Our Quality Assurance (QA) team is pivotal in supporting operational changes and is currently undergoing a transformation to enhance services and establish quality metrics. The team provides independent assurance through monitoring and testing, ensuring operations meet business needs, client expectations, and regulatory standards.
About the role
We are looking for a skilled and versatile corporate video production expert to create professional video content that communicates our company’s values, services, and goals within the insurance industry.
This role involves handling all aspects of video production, from concept to final delivery, while maintaining a corporate tone and upholding brand guidelines. The content includes corporate announcements, leader briefings, company news updates, customer guidance, and technical demos. The focus is on continuous improvement, with projects commissioned by other departments within Sedgwick UK. Additionally, this role will assist the Quality Assurance team with ad hoc tasks as needed.
What you’ll be doing
Pre-production:Collaborate with internal teams to understand project goals and target audiences.Develop scripts, storyboards, and production plans tailored for corporate messaging.Coordinate logistics, including scheduling interviews and preparing for on-site or remote shoots.Production:Operate video, audio, and lighting equipment to capture high-quality footage, including interviews, testimonials, office walkthroughs, and training content.Ensure on-camera subjects are comfortable and represent the company’s professionalism.Capture b-roll footage that complements storytelling and aligns with project needs.Post-Production:Edit raw footage into polished videos using industry-standard software (Adobe Premiere Pro).Incorporate branded graphics, animations, text overlays, and music.Fine-tune video and audio quality to ensure a professional and polished final product.Project Management:Work closely with stakeholders to manage timelines, expectations, and approvals.Maintain a consistent tone and visual style aligned with corporate branding.You will have/will be
