This role requires the candidate to work from the Stockman Bank location in Great Falls, MT. Remote work is not available for this position. Position General Responsibilities: This position is responsible for assisting customers through a remote on-screen video experience using Interactive Teller Machines. This position must be able to proactively engage in professional, positive, and productive communication with customers who are utilizing ITM’s at remote locations. This position will perform basic teller-like duties with some exceptions and differences. This position will also assist with administrative functions as assigned. Preferred Qualifications: + Previous teller, customer service representative/new account, or other banking experience. + Previous experience with Flex Teller or another teller or banking program. Dimension of Job: This position is responsible for extensive customer contact via video and providing broad-based banking assistance. ITM Specialist is responsible for following banking regulations and procedures while maintaining protection of the Bank’s assets.
