In the role of Video & Audio Manager, you will act as a thought leader within your field, maintaining day-to-day contact with our clients and consistently building holistic campaigns that drive business results. You will be responsible for creating comprehensive media strategies, negotiations, planning, buying, optimization, analysis, and campaign management across all Video & Audio platforms (e.g., TV, OLV, Connected TV, Cinema, Podcast, etc.). Within the Video & Audio team, our ambition is to offer market-leading strategies and executions through the most innovative and effective video and audio campaigns. Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Develop and lead strategic plans for your media channel, ensuring alignment with broader cross-channel tactics and overall marketing objectives. Campaign Management: Oversee and execute advanced campaign set-up, targeting, and budgeting, while ensuring adherence to best practices. Data Analysis and Insight Generation: Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign data to generate actionable insights and prepare comprehensive performance reports for client presentations and internal reviews. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other channel specialists and client managers to ensure cohesive and integrated campaign strategies that drive overall success. Thought Leadership: Provide internal thought leadership by sharing expertise and best practices, and actively participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives. Product Development: Contribute to the development and execution of new products and services within your channel, fostering innovation and growth. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or other relevant post-secondary education. 3-5+ years of work experience in a relevant field. Verbal and written proficiency in English and Swedish. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of applicable buying and measurement platforms relevant to online video channels (e.g., Google Ads, Audience Report). Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate actionable insights. Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in campaign set-up and reporting. Effective communication skills for internal collaboration and client support. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously within deadlines. Knowledge in Google Marketing Platforms, Marathon, TechEdge, and Admax is a plus.
