Job Description

The Videographer & Photographer captures high-quality visuals to showcase the hotel, beach club, and guest experiences. This role focuses on shooting, editing, and producing engaging content for social media, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms. Working closely with the marketing team, they ensure all visuals align with the brand identity while keeping up with industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Photography & Videography

Capture high-quality photos and videos of the hotel, beach club, restaurants, events, and guest experiences.Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content for marketing campaigns, social media, website, and advertisements.Ensure all visual content aligns with the brand identity and positioning of the hotel and beach club.Manage lighting, composition, and post-production editing to enhance image and video quality.

Content Production & Editing

Edit photos and videos to meet the hotel and beach club’s branding and marketing requirements.Create both short-form and long-form video content, including promotional videos, reels, and event highlights.Utilize advanced editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, and Photoshop.Optimize content for different digital platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.

Creative Direction & Brand Alignment

Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for photo and video projects.Stay updated on photography and videography trends to produce fresh, innovative content.Organize and manage a photo and video archive for future marketing use.Collaborate with models, guests, and influencers to capture authentic experiences.

Equipment & Resource Management

Maintain and manage photography and videography equipment to ensure optimal performance.Ensure proper storage, backup, and organization of all digital assets.

QualificationsProven experience in photography and videography (hospitality or lifestyle industry preferred).Strong skills in video editing and photo retouching using professional software.Knowledge of lighting, composition, and storytelling in visual content.Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.A creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics.Strong organizational and communication skills.
