Vice President-Total Rewards
**Overview** We are seeking a dynamic Vice President-Global Total Rewards to lead the strategic direction, planning, and execution of Tiffany's global compensation and benefits programs. In this visible role, you will be responsible for ensuring our programs are externally competitive, attract and retain top talent, align with company-wide initiatives (including DEIB) and comply with all relevant regulations worldwide. **Responsibilities** **Total Rewards Strategy Development & Execution** + Develop and implement a comprehensive global total rewards strategy in collaboration with the business and other stakeholders that aligns with the company’s overall strategy and supports its growth objectives. + Provide strategic vision for total rewards, including executive compensation, broad-based compensation, mobility compensation and benefits, sales compensation, medical benefits, welfare, and retirement programs. + Ensure the total rewards programs align with Talent objectives to drive a high-performance culture, engagement and retention across the company and enable stakeholder value. **Total Rewards Program Design & Management** + Design and implement core benefits programs and processes including executive benefits, core and supplemental benefit programs including retirement, health and welfare, and ancillary offerings including voluntary benefits programs (e.g., identity theft, pet insurance, legal, etc.). + Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation and benefits policies, guidelines and procedures, recommending plan revisions, as well as new plans, in support of the strategic plan. + Oversee the design and administration of long and short-term incentive compensation plans (including sales compensation) with a focus on motivation, meaningful rewards, and retention. + Ensure Tiffany global mobility program is compelling to internal, Group and external candidates, provides a high-touch experience and is aligned with LVMH group practices. + Effectively communicate, educate and market our comprehensive total rewards programming for HR partners, management and employees. + Oversee vendor partnerships, negotiating services and managing costs responsibly. + Ensure My Tiffany platform/team (cross-functional HR team) is supported with benefits expertise, leadership and partnership. + Lead the timely and expert delivery of broad-based global compensation and benefits programs e.g., annual global ICR and bonus processes in partnership with Zones and LVMH Group and U.S. Open Enrollment for benefits. + Design and implement strategies that enhance HR service delivery, create efficiencies, and improve team member experience. **Total Rewards Analytics, Compliance & Governance** + Drive analytical capability to monitor local market trend information to ensure compensation and benefits programs are competitive and responsive to both enterprise and local business unit needs. + Ensure the team stays informed about industry trends and best practices in total rewards. Communicate these trends, insights and actions on a timely basis to the executive team + Manage total rewards programs to be compliant with local laws and regulations in all regions and partner with legal and finance teams to ensure programs are compliant and financially sound. + Align executive compensation and benefit programs with LVMH Group practices and comply with Group guidance on internal pay equity. + Lead Tiffany Retirement Committees both formal with fiduciary responsibilities in the U.S. and ad-hoc, Committees in non-U.S. markets to ensure proper governance of employee retirement plans including selection and management of retirement plan administration vendors, investment review, and other good governance practices. **Total Rewards Team Management & Development** + Inspire and manage a global team of compensation and benefits professionals (global team direct and indirect reports, Zone matrixed reports). + Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development to team members and foster a culture of innovation and inclusion within the team. **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field of study. + 15+ years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits, with an emphasis on global strategy development and execution. + Proven success in leading a geographically diverse global employee workforce. + Demonstrated experience guiding and developing high-performing compensation and benefits teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. + Comprehensive knowledge of 401(k) fiduciary responsibilities, payroll/tax principles, and federal/state HR regulations. + In-depth understanding of federal and state law, compliance requirements (HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, ERISA), and general HR practices. + Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, adept at researching, following up, and resolving intricate issues. + Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple competing tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. **Preferred Qualifications** + Due to emphasis on long-term incentive compensation for executives and director level management and up, experience with varied long-term incentive compensation vehicles is preferred. U.S. public company experience a plus. + Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., MBA, CCP, SHRM). The hiring range for this position ranges from $225,000.00 - $350,000.00. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience.
