Job Overview: 

The Vice President of Supply Chain will be responsible for overseeing operations of 7 distributions, 3rd party logistics providers and transportation.  The Vice President of Supply Chain will be responsible for developing innovative solutions that improve the customer experience across B2B and B2C channels.  The Vice President of Supply Chain will lead LESL logistics and omni-channel fulfillment initiatives.  This role requires a servant leader with a strong background in distribution, transportation, proficiency with Manhattan Active Omni and experience with ship from store operations.  The Vice President of Supply Chain will also partner closely with inventory planning team to align distribution strategies with inventory levels, driving operational efficiency, improving profitability, and enhancing customer satisfaction across all channels. 

Responsibilities: 

Oversee daily operation of distribution and transportation network Manage omni-channel fulfillment activities including ship from store to meet customer demand across multiple channels Leverage Manhattan Active Omni to optimize inventory management, order processing and fulfillment accuracy Collaborate with Inventory Planning to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize overstocks Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs and enhance service levels across distribution network Lead and develop high performing distribution, transportation, and analytics team Monitor key performance indicators to assess network performance and implement corrective actions as needed Develop and present reports to executive team Build a culture of innovation, teamwork, and accountability

Qualifications: 

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in distribution, logistics, supply chain management with at least 5 years in leadership role Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities Expertise in Manhattan Active Omni Software and experience with ship from store Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis with the ability to drive P&L management Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels Develop and implement long-term strategic plans to drive business growth and market share in collaboration with the executive team
