Summary/Objective 

Blackwatch International is seeking a highly motivated visionary and experienced Vice President to lead our Microelectronics solutions and foundry technology management team. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving customer success by collaborating with demanding, cutting-edge customers to deliver superior silicon carbide technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep technical understanding of silicon carbide technology, foundry management experience, extensive industry experience, and a proven track record of leadership in customer-facing roles with Department of Defense and commercial organizations. The ideal candidate will collaborate with highly technical engineers, technologists, and customer specialists focused on silicon carbide technology solutions development and deployment.  They will develop and execute strategic plans that align the organization with customer needs on foundry business objectives and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.

Responsibilities

Serve as the senior executive point of contact for key customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.Collaborate with customers to understand their semiconductor technical and business needs, driving the development of innovative, customized solutions.Proactively address customer semiconductor challenges, ensuring timely resolution and alignment with business goals.Leverage deep technical engineering expertise in foundry and silicon carbide solutions (e.g., semiconductor process nodes, packaging, and design) to guide internal teams and customers.Translate customer requirements into actionable technical deliverables, collaborating with development and operations teams to achieve results.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field; advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) preferred but not required.15 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with a significant portion of that time in technical and customer-facing roles.Deep understanding of silicon carbide technology, semiconductor manufacturing processes, and the specific needs of foundry customers.Proven track record of leading highly technical semiconductor foundry teams.Demonstrated ability to manage complex customer relationships, navigate high-stakes situations, and deliver results that exceed expectations.Demonstrated experience meeting fab throughput and productivity metrics, product delivery schedules, fab yields, and overall fab quality
