We are inviting applications for the role of Vice President, Finance Lead Operations

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a complex and diverse portfolio of clients across US, UK and APAC with multiple delivery locations across India (Gurgaon based WFO role), PHP, KL, TH, with more than 500 resources. You are encouraged to drive team performance, ensuring daily service level metrics are met while maintaining a high level of accuracy, providing mentorship and development to your direct reports, and meeting defined quality, customer experience and efficiency requirements.

Responsibilities

Drive value for customers through rigor in operations management, modernization, and transformation in working with data and digital partners.

Deliver Zero surprise operations with a close pulse on customer pain points. Implement appropriate mechanisms to identify risks, understand and call out performance gaps and/or performance breakthroughs. Develop and implement improvement plans to close performance gaps.

Growth mindset, work collaboratively across teams to develop strong value proposition for clients to enable continuous growth in client engagement. Own PL outcomes aligned to short- and long-term planning.

Provide direction and mentorship to the Globally located operations team for delivery of goals, promote a learning culture and build a solid team with great operational practices.

Own talent management agenda, strong engagement culture that ensures retention of skills and talent across levels.

Build impactful customer relationship; improve Net Promoter Score. maintain existing book of business, and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

This will be Service Delivery Leader position in Insurance Vertical.

Individual will be responsible to manage multiple clients across geos

Work and manage delivery spread across national and international delivery centers

Understanding of Insurance Industry and deep domain knowledge of FA.

Experience in managing services beyond Insurance Finance in domains of Underwriting, Claims Exposure management and Contact centers would be preferred

Ability to prioritize and manage effectively across many competing and concurrent tasks.

Ability to successfully manage multiple geographies, work with diversity and understand the cultural nuances.

Ability to manage through indirect authority and matrixed organization structures.

Strong negotiation, facilitation and influencing and consensus building skills

Exception verbal and written communication and Presentation skills. Should be able to prepare and present independently confidently to senior leadership within GENPACT and Client organization

Ability to work with all levels and cross functions of the organization to drive client and org objectives.

The Individual should have exposure/experience to systematically evaluate business opportunities, the ambitious attitude to build on existing capabilities.

Leverage lean six sigma framework to drive continuous performance improvement.

Proactively understand Clients’ business need and propose appropriate solutions. Manage engagement staffing levels to deliver client expectation.
