You formulate a clear strategy and map ambitious steps that will accelerate the organization toward its goals. **For This Role, You Will Need:** + Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering; + Relevant years of leadership experience in supply chain technology, logistics, PLM, or Smart Factory solutions within a global industrial or manufacturing environment commensurate with the level of this position. + Validated expertise in leading cloud transformations, with experience migrating from on-premise to Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM or similar platforms. + Strong background in digital logistics, warehouse automation, transportation management, and global trade compliance technologies. + Experience leading PLM digital transformation initiatives, integrating engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing operations. + Deep knowledge of AI, IoT, predictive analytics, and Smart Factory technologies to enhance manufacturing efficiency and automation. + Consistent record of leading large, geographically dispersed teams, balancing strategy with hands-on execution. + Proven understanding of operations leading multifunctional teams & manufacturing processes + Able to travel Domestic and International to meet business needs + Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship name and in the future.
