Gather requirements for the content and campaigns to be executed on Morgan Stanley Online, Morgan Stanley Mobile, Etrade, and ShareWorks platforms. Attend requirement sessions and weekly grooming sessions with stakeholders. Create and maintain user stories on the JIRA board. Ensure the execution of user-stories per business specifications. Provide clarifications as needed. Assist in QA/Testing phases. Support code release, and targeted campaigns on all our wealth management client channel. Publish and review content during production releases. Perform high level validation of the CMS (Content management system) post code releases. Help to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve issues. Train business users, create and manage documentation on the new features and capabilities. Create content using the CMS and launch campaigns using the personalization capabilities.

Salary: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $180,000 and $180,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.

Requires five (5) years of experience with: Adobe Experience Manager; content approval workflow management; multi sites and multi-lingual content management; access control and provisioning; Adobe Target including Governance, Campaign, and Platform management; real time web personalization and A/B Testing; Agile and Scrum methodology including JIRA, and confluence; system analysis and process documentation; web and mobile solution architecture; HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; Akamai including Content Caching and Delivery; web configuration and management; generating custom reports; requirement gathering with stakeholders, architects, UI-UX Experts, and developers; business and functional requirement documentation including Data flow, business rules, and use cases.
