Position Overview
The Vice President (VP) of End User Computing (EUC) Services within the Core Services Engineering team is responsible for establishing and executing enterprise-wide EUC strategies, virtualization, mobile device management, and enterprise deployment standards. This role will ensure that end-user technology solutions are secure, scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with enterprise objectives while enabling a modern, flexible computing environment for the workforce.
The VP will oversee end-user computing technologies, VDI management, device lifecycle management, security compliance, virtual applications, software delivery, and packaging, along with the administration of Active Directory (AD), Group Policy (GPO), and enterprise identity & access platforms. Additionally, this role will provide strategic oversight of core enterprise services such as OneLogin, Commvault, Google Administration, Workspace ONE, and other critical EUC platforms.
This leader will play a key role in migrating the enterprise away from industry-disruptive vendors toward cost-effective, scalable computing solutions by leveraging a diverse ecosystem of compute capabilities tailored to enterprise use cases. They will be responsible for driving standardization, operationalizing automation, and establishing long-term technology roadmaps for EUC and related services.
The VP will lead a team of six direct reports and work closely with stakeholders across infrastructure, security, application development, and executive leadership to ensure seamless technology enablement for the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
+ Establish and execute enterprise-wide EUC strategies that define end-user computing standards, device lifecycle management, and deployment best practices.
+ Lead the modernization of VDI, virtualization, and mobile device management to optimize user experience, performance, and cost efficiency.
+ Define and drive enterprise-wide standardization for EUC platforms, ensuring consistency across device provisioning, application management, and security compliance.
+ Oversee the administration and optimization of core EUC services, including Active Directory, GPO, OneLogin, Google Administration, Workspace ONE, Commvault, and other key technologies.
+ Develop and implement cost-effective strategies for transitioning away from disruptive industry vendors, ensuring long-term flexibility, security, and scalability.
+ Design and build environments on AWS, Provision VDIs on Amazon Workspaces
+ Write Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform
+ Leverage automation and self-service models to operationalize and optimize EUC management processes.
+ Ensure security compliance across EUC platforms by integrating robust endpoint security controls, monitoring, and policy enforcement.
+ Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to enable seamless technology integration across the enterprise.
+ Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new technologies to enhance EUC capabilities while optimizing cost and operational efficiency.
+ Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the EUC team, ensuring skill development, career growth, and best-in-class execution.

What You’ll Bring
Required Qualifications
+ 10+ years of experience in End User Computing (EUC), VDI, or enterprise device management, with at least 5+ years managing technical teams.
+ 2+ years of writing Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform, OpenTofu, or CDK.
+ Deep expertise in enterprise deployment strategies, mobile device management (MDM), security compliance, and virtualization technologies.
+ Proven experience managing EUC platforms on AWS and/or GCP, leveraging cloud compute and networking services to scale VDI and endpoint solutions.
+ Proven experience in enterprise-wide standardization, operational automation, and EUC security best practices.
+ Strong understanding of Active Directory (AD), Group Policy (GPO), identity management, and device lifecycle strategies.
+ Demonstrated ability to migrate large-scale EUC environments while optimizing cost and improving service delivery.
+ Experience managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and driving cost-effective technology adoption.
+ Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to influence across multiple teams.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience leading large-scale VDI transitions in enterprise environments.
+ Expertise in Workspace ONE, OneLogin, Commvault, and Google Administration.
+ Strong background in endpoint security, compliance frameworks, and cloud-based EUC solutions.

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:
+ Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
+ Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role
+ Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role
Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
