Vice President, Research
This position is a 12 Month, Fixed Term Contract with potential for extension or conversion.

Edelman DxI conducts truly varied work: thought leadership, CSR research, measurement, strategy and audience understanding, influencer work and much more. We work across a variety of sectors: healthcare, technology, digital, consumer/brand, corporate, public affairs, etc. We are a growing agency, with offices in the US, Europe and Asia. As a Vice President, you will be leading teams working on multiple research projects concurrently across a variety of healthcare and pharma clients, focusing specifically on secondary methodologies. Responsibilities:Leading a set of key healthcare / pharma clients. This will include leading client meetings, pitches and developing client relationships, as well as identifying and converting opportunities into paid-for work via networking with internal Edelman stakeholders. Designing and delivering high level, engaging and insightful presentations to clientsFacilitating the distribution of new industry information / research techniques and best practice across the teamMonitoring financial expenditure/fee income/business growth as applicable; actively contributing to the agency’s profitabilityEffectively delivering tasks against deadlines and set targetsSkills:Secondary expertise – measurement, influencer identification, benchmarking, trends identification, crisis reportingDigital savvyDemonstrates solid understanding of how to leverage research for clientsDemonstrates technical expertise while maintaining a business-focused mindsetHighly adaptable to different contexts and conditionsConfidently accepts challengesEntrepreneurial mindsetHighly autonomousDeep, proven pharma and healthcare expertiseSalary is competitive.
