Join us! **The Team** The Merchant Services Production Support team is a global group responsible for monitoring and tracking merchant services production systems. The group works closely with the business and provides application support. The group closely interacts with the development and infrastructure teams to track and manage all production incidents and to ensure they are properly documented. changes to the production environment. **What You Can Expect** You will join a global team based in several locations whose primary focus will be on providing front line support for US based merchants ranging from small businesses to large hospital systems. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established team; supporting credit card processing and ecommerce applications while partnering with our development team to rollout support for state-of-the-art, real-time, high availability systems developed with cutting edge technologies. **What You Will Do** + Deliver application support for in-house and cloud deployed applications. + Analyze reported issues to engage relevant investigation teams. + Access impact of production issues via analysis of logs. + Drive discussions with partner teams to identify resolutions to production issues. + Clearly document and draft clear, concise, communication on production incidents to share with stakeholders. + Identify platform vulnerabilities and opportunities for improvement. + Maintain metrics to help drive improvement in all areas of Production Services. **Your Background** + **Comfortable leading discussions.** + Excellent communication and documentation skills + Experience supporting application in larger production environments. + Strong Project and time Management skills. + Knowledge of information systems elements (hardware, software, network) and their application to business functions/processes + Knowledge database concepts and MS Office. + Understanding of how data flows through computer networks. **Technical Skills** + Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. + Solid understanding of the SDLC, ITIL processes, change management, release management and configuration management. + Credit Card industry and eCommerce experience. + Experience with analytics platforms like Splunk, Datadog, CloudWatch, or NewRelic. + Experience with monitoring platforms like SiteScope and Dynatrace. + Strong knowledge of Cloud technology preferably AWS (EC2, ECS, ALB, NLB, RDS, SQS, CloudWatch) + Exposure to Point-of-Sale Technologies like PAX, Clover, Square.
