How You’ll Make an Impact: As the Vice President of IT Operations at Epsilon, you will be at the forefront of ensuring operational excellence for our client and product platforms. Your strategic leadership will drive innovation and stability, minimizing system downtime while rapidly resolving incidents. Responsibilities What You’ll Achieve: Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement innovative IT strategies aligned with organizational goals. Lead IT operations, optimizing processes, maintaining standards, and ensuring seamless stakeholder engagement. Manage daily operations, oversee escalations, and communicate effectively to minimize impacts. Ensure IT infrastructure complies with security, regulatory, and compliance requirements (e.g., SOC, PCI, HIPAA, ISO). Collaborate with technology, security, and business stakeholders to manage IT controls, policies, and procedures. Build and mentor a high-performing IT team, encouraging collaboration to align technology with business priorities. Provide technical expertise to translate strategic outcomes into tactical execution. Establish performance goals and provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and development for continuous improvement. Research and analyze industry trends and best practices to benchmark organizational performance. Manage vendor relationships to secure cost-effective, high-value service agreements. Participate in leadership on-call rotations. Additional responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications What you’ll bring with you: 15+ years in managing technology operations teams, with at least 5 in a leadership role. Proven track record developing and implementing technology operations strategies, and service management frameworks leveraging SRE and automation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, focusing on operational excellence and automation. Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and deliver customer-centric outcomes. Effective communication, negotiation, and influencing skills at all organizational levels. Ability to manage complexity and solve problems efficiently. Innovative mindset, continuously exploring new methodologies and technologies. Results-driven with a strong track record of achieving objectives under challenging circumstances. In-depth knowledge of security frameworks and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS). Experience leading distributed teams providing 24/7 operational support. Working knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
