In this role, you will be a key leader in our Insurance Platform Transformation focused on Guidewire and will lead Pre-Sales and Solutions activities for the practice. This is a market facing role and you will be partner with the broader Genpact sales, solutions, delivery and technology advisory leadership teams across Genpact
Responsibilities
Leading the Guidewire PL
Opening opportunities with senior client leaders at PC Insurance carriers around Guidewire offering sales
Building and managing senior client leader relationships
Leading, developing, and growing a team of Guidewire focused staff to meet the various sales and solution goals set for the Genpact Guidewire Practice team
Lead the MA and partnership strategy for our Guidewire GTM
Working with the broader Genpact Sales teams to create and close Guidewire offering deals
Lead all marketing, brand building efforts in establishing Genpact as a market leader, including improving G standing towards a top tiered partner with Guidewire
Own the sales pipeline and deals E2E – Develop sales strategy with sales teams
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
PC Insurance – Recognized thought Leader in the Guidewire space
Strong relationships with C-Suite PC Insurance leaders (including smaller carriers in the sub 10B PC segment) that can be leveraged from day 1
Strong relationships with Guidewire Software and large consulting firm leaders
Knowledge / experience selling and implementing Guidewire Suite
Recognized speaker at Industry events/conferences
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Pre-sales, solutioning, and implementation of Guidewire Suite (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, DataHub, Digital Portal etc) for Insurance carriers
Proven experience in building and managing senior client relationships at mid and large tier Insurance carriers
Broad knowledge of InsurTech players, software vendors and service providers in the Insurance industry and how they tie into the Guidewire ecosystem
Expertise in leading Guidewire demonstrations aligned to opportunities, ability to clearly articulate optimal and alternative solutions and discuss fit-gap analysis
Ability to partner and collaborate with delivery teams through the implementation lifecycle driving client satisfaction, proactive risk mitigation, issue resolution and ensure client success
Experience in creating thought leadership, participating in and speaking at conferences, and helping support marketing initiatives.
The approximate total annual compensation range for this position is $200 t0 250K. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
