Sodexo is seeking it’s next Vice President of Clinical Engineering/HTM for the western region of the U.S.   This leader will be responsible for delivering operational excellence in clinical engineering to our clients, driving profitability, and meeting or exceeding business goals and objectives.

This position will drive operational excellence through lean, efficient, and effective practices to support the strategic objectives. It will lead business strategy, planning, and management for operations of our rapidly growing national independent clinical asset management program. Sodexo's Healthcare Technology Management team delivers services through a unique "in-house" model that aligns itself with the hospital's goals and becomes a seamless, supportive part of the hospital's organization.

This is a remote opportunity with the ability to work from home plus travel approximately 50% of the time; the ideal candidate should reside near a large metro airport in the central or western half of U.S.

What You Bring 10+ years Executive Leadership in Healthcare Technology Management (HTM), also known as biomedical engineering or clinical engineering, with prior P&L responsibility.Ability to establish and maintain rapport with current and future clients, establishing long-term relationships necessary for account retention, future sales, and the organic growth of the organization.Expertise identifying and implementing new business opportunities, including expanding the solution set with existing clients and selling new accounts.Demonstrated Ability to Build Effective TeamsNegotiation, Influencing, and Problem-Solving SkillsSuccess in Leading and Managing ChangeA valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record Who We Are

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
