**Veterinary Reception, Client Care** **Location: Ottawa, ON** **Pretoria Animal Hospital** is currently welcoming a part time Client Care Representative to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an organized, motivated, and empathetic individual to join us in a very important support role for the entire hospital. In this role, you will help our clients and their pets feel welcomed and appreciated! + Experience working at a veterinary hospital is considered an asset. + Excellent customer service skills; a real aptitude for putting pets and pet parents at ease and creating a welcoming environment + Ability to answer a multiline phone system and track and book appointments effectively + Invoicing/billing and processing payments + Take initiative and work independently + A Veterinary Assistant (VA) or Veterinary Assistant Office Administration (VAOA) program certificate is an asset + General housekeeping duties + Willingness to learn more regarding; veterinary services, updated medical office procedures, and assist the Veterinary staff with various tasks and treatments + A love for all companion animals!!
