VET Trade Marketing Lead

Job Description:

What are we looking for?Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent.8-15 years’ working experience in multi-national companies, with at least 5 years’ experience in trade marketing and team management, strong understanding in KA management, better to have e-commerce experienceSolid experience in sales planning, trade management and process management; Breadth of experience across sales function is desirable.Proven experience in cross-function cooperation; ability to collaborate successfully and lead multiple projects and teams.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and ChineseHighly motivated, highly organized and results driven

What will be your key responsibilities?

Drive investment plan and customer plan

Understand vet market, understand key customers;Drive tailor made customer investment plan, including nutrition SOP, system insertion, consumer activation, tailor made territory focusReview and improve plan, ensure best ROI

Trade Content Management

Ensure relevant and strong trade content creation to support offline education and online engagementEnsure content workflow and professionalism

Business Planning and Efficiency Improvement

Lead sales forecasting in VET team. Setup forecasting model, perform risk and opportunities variance analysis versus plan.Manage demand forecast – monitor forecast accuracy and work with cross functional teams to ensure product supply in line with demand request.Provide deep dive sales analysis to support pillar head on business decision making; Contribute to co-create Sales execution strategy.Manage regular sales report in different dimensions (by time phasing/by customer/by region, etc.)Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive SOP process improvement.Define and monitor clear KPIs to drive and measure sales execution performance and efficiency

Capability Development

Drive sales capability codification in partnership with NSOP/S&C/Demand college to relentlessly improve sales execution model.Main contact to share, support and collaborate within sales team to optimize knowledge transfer, capability building and business integrity.Support and facilitate the sharing of Best practices by working closely with X-pillar team and NSOP team.Lead development and deployment of customer education on science nutrition.

Team Development

Develop direct reports and build talent pipeline.Build a highly engaged and high performance team.
