Kimley-Horn, one of Fortune Magazine’s “100 Best Companies to Work For,” is looking for a Venue Sourcing and Vendor Coordinator to join our growing team in our Raleigh, NC office. This role will provide unparalleled customer service to exceed internal client goals and build relationships. This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities

• Support venue (meetings and room block) sourcing
• Review and distribute hotel contracts
• Gather event requirements and advise internal teams on best practices
• Develop and deploy surveys on software platforms, create reports
• Engage with firm vendors, conduct research, and gather insights
• Balance tasks and timelines internal to the team and in partnership with our clients
• Facilitate, build, and maintain proactive relationships with firm colleagues

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 1+ years relevant experienceExperience managing event registration and/or building event registration sites within Cvent preferred or other software.Ability and interest to learn new software and build skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsExceptional interpersonal skills to instill confidence and build rapport across teamsHigh attention to detailExceptional client service mentality and strong work ethicExcellent communication skills - Ability to communicate clearly with verbal, written, and listening skillsWorking knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and OutlookAbility to work as an individual contributor and as a valued participant in a team-based environment.Perform other duties as assigned Why Kimley-Horn?
