Basic Function: To facilitate food and beverage service to each guest in an expedient, professional and courteous manner according to Hospitality Standards.
Work performed:
1. Deliver superior service according to Forbes Travel Guide hospitality standards for Food and Beverage.
2. Arrive at scheduled start time in appropriate uniform and ready for work.
3. Uniform must be neat and pressed.
4. Collect and set up any necessary equipment to perform job including all side-work.
5. Complete knowledge of all menus and wine lists.
6. Take food and beverage orders in complete and timely fashion.
7. Serve guest and internal employees in established standards.
8. Keep work station clean at all times.
9. Read all memos.
10. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards guests and co-workers.
11. Must be able to operate POS in proficient manner.
12. Report to Food & Beverage Manager before ending work shift.
13. Act as an ambassador of Enchantment by speaking positively of the resort at all times.
14. Foster a work environment of teamwork and mutual service by assisting coworkers and other departments as necessary to exceed our guest’s expectations.

Supervision Received: Restaurant Supervisors and Managers; Food and Beverage Manager, Director of F&B
Responsibility & Authority:
1. Ensure all assigned areas are maintained and serviced to high level standards.
2. Follow safety-first policy in work areas and observe all safety procedures during the execution of assigned duties.
3. Properly handle all equipment and supplies (i.e. china, crystal and silver).
