This is an opportunity to join EU After Market Services (AMS) on its ‘three zero’ mission to reduce returns (Zero Defects for Customers), to maximize reuse and recovery (Zero Cost of Returns) and improve the sustainability of returns (Zero Waste). We're seeking a Vendor Manager to scale our liquidation network and optimize recovery value within the AMS Recommerce team.
Our liquidation services maximize recovery through an innovative network of wholesale and auction platforms. You'll be instrumental in building and managing these crucial partnerships, ensuring optimal value recovery for products that cannot be repaired or resold through traditional channels.
As a Liquidation Vendor Manager, you'll be part of the EU After Market Services team, focusing on maximizing recovery value for products that cannot enter our repair stream nor resold on Amazon Resale. You'll work with a diverse network of liquidation partners, from traditional wholesale buyers to innovative auction platforms, ensuring we find the best possible next home for returned products. This role requires a strategic mindset to identify new opportunities, analytical skills to optimize performance, and strong relationship management abilities to grow our partner network.
You'll collaborate with multiple teams including Business, Operations, Tech, and Finance, operating in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment within Amazon. Your impact will directly contribute to our sustainability goals by ensuring that even products that cannot be repaired still find their way to secondary markets, reducing waste and maximizing value recovery.
