Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree - 5+ years of retail, operations, product or program management, or business management/consulting with negotiations and delivering results experience - Knowledge of Excel and extracting data through varied reporting tools in order to drive and influence business decisions Preferred Qualifications - Cross functional experience, especially finance, marketing or supply chain. - Track record of delivering results and an ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. - Problem solving and analytical skills. - Decisive and able to move with speed to implement ideas.
