Kimley-Horn is looking for a Vendor Management Administrative Assistant to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina (NC)! This is not a remote position.

Responsibilities Handle high volume, deadline-driven American Express and Travel helpdesks                   Reconcile and submit monthly expense reports for hotel and air programsEnter invoices into the Concur systemWork with internal team members to update Travel website informationCommunicate with the internal team and outside travel agency to coordinate entering meetings into ConcurEnter meeting information into airline websites for discountsTrack hotel contracts and rewardsBuild and schedule group travel reports.Assist with general support functions as required by the teamSupport team where needed regarding large company-wide vendors such as Staples Qualifications Minimum 1 year of related administrative experienceHave a positive client service mindsetFacilitate, build, and maintain proactive relationships with firm colleagues and external vendorsAbility to respond quickly and efficiently to requests for assistanceWilling to network and build strong relationships with teammates around the firmBalance tasks and quick turnaround timelines internal to the team and our clientsCapable of managing and balancing multiple tasks/priorities with a sense of urgencyHighly organized and detail orientedAbility to learn new tasks and/or software programs quickly (including Concur, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong interpersonal and communication skills Why Kimley-Horn?
