We are searching for a talented professional to support on Vendor Experience programs that will have impact on all Amazon vendors and in Amazon Retail teams increasing scalability.
The Vendor Experience Retail Expert owns ticket inflows and escalated vendor issues resolution, while also improving and creating standard process to scale resolution. She/he will work closely with various stakeholders (Retail commercial teams, BI and WW teams and peers), to align and execute initiatives to create a frictionless experience to vendors. She/He will own and track key vendor support metrics and perform SOP creation and implementation.
It is required for the candidate to speak both English and Portuguese fluently.
An ideal candidate will be comfortable with data management and ambiguity – adding structure to white space in order to operate effectively. They will also be able to Earn Trust across a variety of stakeholder groups, Deliver Results autonomously, and make decisions that are data driven.
Key job responsibilities
- Owns escalated TTs resolution and dive deep on new and complex issues in the organization;
- Documents discoveries in a structured and straightforward way;
- Does recommendations for short-mid-long term on addressing on issues;
- Reaches out to Retail and other business partners when needed;
- Supports on 1:1 vendor education;
- Consolidates TTs reporting.
