Position Summary:

Responsible for oversight and performance of vendor contracts per documentation standards required by the Plan policies. Responsible for review of current contracts and addendums for the defined vendors with a particular focus on metrics (what is measured, how often, how it is reported), Plan’s ability to correct poor performance (CAP’s, sanctions, contract termination, etc.), and ability to reward exceptional performance.

This is a hybrid position with requirements to come onsite as scheduled, Indianapolis, IN.

Qualifications:

Required:

Associate degree in business, healthcare or related field. Two (2) years of progressively more responsible position using analytical skills. Two (2) years of vendor/account oversight or related experience.

 

Preferred: 

Bachelor’s degree in business, health care or related field. Two (2) years’ experience and knowledge of HMO, or PPO (e.g. accounting/finance, reinsurance, regulatory compliance, claims processing, membership/eligibility, and actuarial precepts).
