Job Title: Vendor Account Manager Job Description Job Description Summary Job Category: Strategy and Operations Consulting Required Deliverables: ● Documented staffing strategy recommendations with implementation plan. ● Weekly staffing reports reflecting resource allocation and open staffing requests ● Updated and accurate supply/demand forecasts, including recommendations on adjustments. ● Utilization dashboards customized to leadership requirements. Job Responsibilities ● Develop and implement a comprehensive resource management plan that aligns with organizational goals and project requirements ● Collaborate with Strategy & Operations and Professional Services leadership to optimize staffing practices for best utilization ● Assign the right people to projects based on skills stored in the system of record, availability, and project requirements shared by project team ● Lead weekly meetings to ensure project needs are met and to share key business updates ● Forecast future resource needs and proactively address potential resource gaps ● Ensure resource management system of record is up to date and accurate Additional Job Description Additional Job Description Minimum qualifications ● US Citizenship required and will be verified ● Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience ● 3+ years of experience staffing project teams, management consulting, corporate strategy, or equivalent ● 1+ years of experience with technology professional services (desired) ● Experience using Salesforce or another CRM ● Ability to prioritize workload and ensure project teams are staffed in the most effective manner ● Basic understanding of capacity planning models ● Experience in staffing and forecasting in fractional staffing models Preferred qualifications ● Knowledge of cloud technologies, products, trends, and market dynamics ● Experience with Looker or similar BI tool ● Working knowledge of FinancialForce Location: USA, TX, Work-at-Home Language Requirements: Time Type: Full time Physical & Mental Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to operate a computer, keyboard, telephone, headset, and other office equipment.
