Reference PE002975 Location Eastern Cape, East London Salary Interval Monthly Package None-negotiable Description Our client in the Automotive Retail Industry, based in Beacon Bay, East London, is currently looking to employ a Workshop Manager for their Commercial (Bakkie) and Passenger Vehicle Workshop.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years post qualification experience. 3 Years in a workshop management / supervisory role, with a proven leadership track record. Previous OEM experience will be an advantage.  
Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to:
Motivate the workshop team of Technicians and Service Advisers (20 people) to achieve the budgeted productivity hours. Comply with all OEM standards (Isuzu, Stellantis and Subaru). Maintain work in progress, Cash Sales and NPS/CSI within benchmarks. Assist with resolving customer queries. Ensure excellent housekeeping.
