Requirements: 
Matric. Degree/Certificate in Business, Logistics, Marketing and/or Sales. 5 Years' experience in Fleet Management or Vehicle Hire. Strong logistics, operations and vehicle maintenance knowledge. Proven leadership and sales expertise. Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills. Computer literate. Excellent people skills and ability to work in a team environment. Willingness to travel. Valid driver’s license. Duties: 
Achieve customer satisfaction and service excellence. Retain current customers and grow customer base. Achieve revenue and profit targets and develop business interests.  Monitor revenue, utilisation, overdue vehicle report, invoices, missing kilometers etc. Ensure vehicle quality – maintenance, servicing and cleanliness.
