具备本科及以上学历,10年以上汽车行业工作经验。 对产品充满热情,拥有成熟的整车产品定义开发实践经验。 构建完备的用户思维,深度参与过用户调研,对用户体验有深刻的理解和追求。 对市场动态具备敏锐感知力,熟悉并参与过整车上市活动。 拥有卓越的辩证思维与多维度视角,能够持续学习,不断进步,引领团队创新并打破思考惯性。 较强的战略思维、果断决策、高效计划组织能力,富有团队合作精神,具备出色的语言表达与沟通交流能力。

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or above and have more than 10 years of work experience in the automotive industry. Passion for products and experience in product definition and product management role. Working with a user mindset, have been deeply involved in user research, and have a profound understanding and pursuit of extreme user experience. Have a keen sense of market dynamics, be familiar with and participate in vehicle launch activities. Outstanding dialectical thinking and multi-dimensional perspectives, be able to continuously learn and progress, lead the team to innovate and break thinking inertia. Strong strategic thinking, decisive decision-making, and highly efficient planning and organizing abilities. Possess a spirit of teamwork and excellent communication skills.

工作职责:

负责整车生命周期的产品体验定义。 深度剖析市场趋势,清晰定位车型,理解产品背后相关技术、可行性要素、项目经济性以及商业逻辑策略。 深入挖掘用户场景,完成相关整车体验目标设定,以用户为中心优化产品设计和功能细节,提高用户体验和满意度。 产品全生命周期管理,运用敏捷开发理念高效完成产品正向定义以及需求的分解、跟踪与验收。 参与目标用户调研活动,通过焦点小组、深度访谈等方式敏锐洞察用户消费趋势走向。 紧密协同市场、项目、研发、设计、等多部门,保障产品开发工作平稳有序推进。 深度参与并支持新产品上市前各项筹备事务,包括市场预热、产品发布等。

Responsibilities:

Be responsible for the definition of vehicle products in Product Cycle Life. Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, translate product strategy into product definition and requirements. Thoroughly explore user scenarios, complete relevant target settings, optimize product feature and function details, and improve user experience and satisfaction. Manage the entire product life cycle, and efficiently complete the definition of products with applying the concept of agile development, as well as the decomposition, tracking and sign off of the experiences. Participate in target user research activities and acutely perceive the core user experience in core usage scenarios through focus groups, in-depth interviews and other methods. Closely collaborate with multiple departments such as program, marketing, product development, and design to ensure the smooth and orderly progress of product development. Deeply participate in and support various launch events, including market preheating and product launches.
